“Our guide, Richard was fantastic. We arrived at the bike shop ten minutes early. The staff was rude and had ni record of our pre-paid tour. They treated us with disdain. They sold the remaining bikes to others while we stood there. When Richard arrived, they were forced to go down the street and find five bikes for us. Which cut into our paid tour time. Very upsetting and disappointing. The ride itself was fun and enjoyable because of the guild.”
