Our guide said that he didn’t know and that it wasn’t his job to advise us it was the pick up points job. One bike was faulty and my friend had to go back and swap it before the tour could commence. Our guide Giovani was rude, patronising and kept mentioning about other bike riders not wearing underwear! Not the informative tour that we were expecting. Would definitely not recommend. Waste of money. Just grab the citibikes and a map.”
